Personal data that we use

Précon Consulting Group B.V. processes your personal data when you use one of our services and/or because you provide the data to us yourself.

Below you find an overview of the data we process:

  • Gender;
  • Date of birth;
  • Place of birth;
  • Phone number(s);
  • Email address;
  • IP-address;
  • Time of logging in and out;
  • Cookies: user clicks;
  • Learning outcomes;

Special and/or sensitive data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16 years. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without permission, please contact us via info@precon.group, and we will delete this information.

Purpose and lawful basis for data processing

Précon Consulting Group B.V. processes data for the following reasons:

Précon Consulting Group B.V. processes personal data if there is a legal obligation, i.e. data needed for our tax return Legal obligation For example, for filing (income) tax returns.
Maintain contact with customers and prospective customers Consent We store customer and prospective customer data in order to provide you – amongst other things – with information (mailing, newsletter). If you receive our mailing or newsletter, it is indicated how you can unsubscribe.

Automated decision-making

In one case, Précon Consulting Group B.V. takes decisions based on automated decision-making that may have consequences for persons. This concerns decisions taken by computer programs or systems without involvement of a person (i.e. a Précon Consulting Group B.V. employee). Précon Consulting Group B.V. uses the following computer program or system:

Elzi

Through our learning management system Elzi, tests are taken after completing an e-learning course. This system automatically decides whether the test was completed successfully or unsuccessfully based on the answers given to the test questions and the required score.

How long we store personal data

Précon Consulting Group B.V. does not store personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collect these data. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Précon Consulting Group B.V. does not sell personal data to third parties and will only disclose these data if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a data processing agreement with companies that process your data commissioned by us to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Précon Consulting Group B.V. remains responsible for these processing operations.

Cookies, or similar techniques that we use

Précon Consulting Group B.V. only uses technical and functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit a website. The cookies that we use are necessary for the website’s technical functionality and for your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and will remember, for example, your preferences. We can also optimise our website through cookies. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it does not store cookies anymore. In addition, you can also delete information that was previously saved via the settings of your browser.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to monitor how users use our websites. Google may use the information obtained for other Google services.

Policy user accounts

Customers are responsible for the management of (new) accounts for users, the allocation of roles and rights and management of the content. The customer is also responsible for viewing and changing your data. Moreover, it may wise for customers to establish a procedure for this.

Viewing, editing or deleting data

You have the right to view, edit or delete your personal data. When you use Elzi, you can do this yourself via the personal profile of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to send the personal data that we have of you to another organisation of your choice in a computer file.

If you wish to exercise your right to object or your right of data portability or if you have other questions or remarks about data processing, please send a specified request to info@precon.group.

To ensure that the request is done by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your ID. To protect your privacy, black out your photo, MZR (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). Précon Consulting Group B.V. will respond to your request as quickly as possible but in any case, within four weeks.

How we protect personal data

Précon Consulting Group B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counteract abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure an unauthorised modification. For our online services we use secure internet connections (SSL). We provide the necessary care to the management of passwords if you need a password for the use of one of these services.
